As our company has grown, we have become increasingly involved in sewer and water treatment infrastructure and improvements to municipal systems.

Residential Development
A multi-phase, multi-use development covering over 165 acres. Included in the developement are 200 residential lots, an 8-lot commercial park, three apartment complexes, a condominium site and a mini-storage.

As City Engineer for the City of Oakridge, the company has handled several projects including street reconstruction design, reservoir studies, well rehabilitation and water/sewer line replacement.

Community Water Systems
A private community water system serving a 50-lot subdivision located in the south hills of Eugene, Oregon. On-Site Sewage Treatment and Disposal
Design and construction management of two separate sewage treatment and disposal systems serving 2,300 employees for a 50-acre light-industrial site.
Design of new sewage treatment and disposal systems sized for 29,900 gallons per day for camps Meriwether and Clark as part of their master plan expansion. Work includes design of new pressure lines, tanks, treatment facilities, and drainfields over challenging terrain bordering the Pacific Ocean south of Tillamook, Oregon.
Assessment, design and construction support for failing septic system for a 125-unit mobile home park. Includes new tanks with 80,000 gallon capacity, secondary treatment system, and connection to 6,500 linear feet of an existing drainfield system.
